Privacy label basis

ClearSpeed GPS does not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share personal information from the app. Location is used while the app is open to calculate speed and trip stats, and that location data is processed on device.

Support scope

The support page covers GPS signal questions, speed unit settings, HUD mirror mode, Battery Saver, and privacy. Support is handled through X at @davidbalderston.

Terms and EULA

ClearSpeed GPS does not use subscriptions, in-app purchases, accounts, or custom web terms. If App Store Connect asks for an EULA URL, use Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement unless you decide to provide a custom EULA later.
